Summary The Heavy Maintenance and Induction Manager supervises Allegiant Air’s heavy maintenance, modification and aircraft induction work performed by outside maintenance vendors. Act as a company representative interfacing with all respective parties required to accomplish the scheduled work. Visa Sponsorship Available No
Requirements
- Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

- Years of Experience:
- Minimum six (6) years working on A320 and 737 type aircraft.
- Minimum five (5) years managing direct reports or working remotely without direct supervision.
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in Heavy Maintenance of part 121 heavy transport category aircraft or equivalent.
- Credit Check: No Valid/Unexpired Passport Book : Yes Valid/Unexpired Driver's License: Yes
- • All personnel holding certificates must have exercised the privileges of their certificate for at least six (6) months of the previous twenty-four (24) months or have FAA approval if recent experience is not met.
- • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills to effectively communicate in a variety of settings across all organizational levels.
- • Advanced troubleshooting skills, including systems, avionics, and Powerplant.
- • Ability to coordinate and successfully execute on projects that involve multiple dependent departments.
- • Superior problem solving and conflict resolution abilities, solid judgement.
- • Proven ability to multitask and balance multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to be flexibility with the changing needs of the business.
- • A320 General Familiarization Course of Airbus A320 course.
