Description
Summary Supervises and oversees that all maintenance performed on company aircraft is performed correctly per applicable standards regulations. Ensures facility is maintained in compliance with company and OSHA regulations. Assists the Manager of Base in managing the Maintenance operations. Visa Sponsorship Available No
Requirements
- Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Education Details: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Certification: Yes
- Certification Details: Airframe and Powerplant license
- Years of Experience:
- •Minimum eight (8) years Airframe and Powerplant on similar aircraft.
- •Minimum six (6) years management or supervisory experience.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- •Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- •Flexibility to travel 20% of the time.
- •Must possess the required tools.
- •Able to work both in a team setting and individually.
- •Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a stressful environment.
- •Must be able to communicate in an effective, calm and professional manner at all times.
- •Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- •Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates at all levels of the organization.
